I abso...I've read a couple of Elizabeth Goudge. I absolutely loved The Little White Horse, and also Linnets and Valerians, but some of her books written for adults I'm not as much of a fan. Her love of scenery and background and mood, which I think is tamped down a bit out of necessity in the children's books, is quite a bit more unfettered in her books for adults and I'm not always the biggest fan of that style.
