Week 2 of menu planning on a miniscule budget. :) We can do it, we did it last week! Although we did need a few things by the end of the week that I hadn't expected - like sugar for our coffee- so we finally did go buy some. Other than that, I was amazed at how well we were able to eat for $25!
Monday: Spaghetti with shrimp and a white sauce
Tuesday: Baked potatoes (I had forgotten that some friends were having us over for dinner the night I planned this last week)
Wednesday: Cheesy Chicken and Rice (I guess we didn't eat that last week)
Thursday: breakfast for dinner - pancakes and scrambled eggs
Friday: Rice and bean roll-ups
Saturday: Grilled teriyaki chicken and rice
Sounds yummy enough. :)
