With the beautiful weather and busy-ness, I have still been meal-planning but not posting it... last week we had amazing crab cakes last weeks, but nothing that fancy this week!
Monday: grilled salmon with brown sugar glaze (it was YUMMY- the glaze had dill in it, which sounded weird, but was actually delicious)
Tuesday: chicken salad and havarti wraps from my July "Everyday Food" magazine.. can't wait! and fresh green beans
Wednesday: black bean, corn, and avocado salad in tortillas (a weight watchers recipe)
Thursday: Grilled chicken burritos (another WW meal) with wild rice
Friday: Shrimp fried rice
Saturday: Tuna salad nicoise
So there. Finally got a chance to post it! :)
One of these nights we're going to have vanilla-roasted peaches with strawberries, another FOOD recipe.
