I found a new website that I love - 3fatchicks.com
They have a lot of really low calorie/low points meal ideas that are versatile enough that you can add/subtract anything you don't like. I've made a few of their dishes in the last few weeks and liked all of them. I am planning to try a few more of them this week!
Sunday: Slow cooker Cheesy Chicken and Rice (in crockpot early in the morning so we won't be tempted to eat out!!)
Monday: Hoisin Salmon
Tuesday: Homemade Tomato Soup with homemade crusty white bread
Wednesday: Church Family supper!
Thursday: Classic Beef Chili (WW 2 points +crockpot recipe!) and country corn bread (3 points per serving)
Friday: Balsamic Eggplant Parmesan (3 WW points) with cranberry and oat muffins (3 WW points)
This all sounds wonderful! I will have to check out some of the recipe links. I am looking for a homemade tomato soup recipe. We mostly eat Campbells out of a can, LOL!

I checked out the homemade soup recipe and quickly bookmarked it! Sounds so good. I usually make grilled cheese sandwiches with campbells tomato soup on Sunday evenings after church. This would be a huge step up I am sure!
