Sunday: Red Beans and Rice (BC 349)
Monday: Thai chicken in the slow-cooker (carry over from last week) after working late and meeting with a friend for coffee...
Tuesday: Chicken supreme - a new recipe from Kacie's blog
Wednesday: Family Church Supper!! No cooking!
Thursday: Chicken Barley Soup (with leftover rotisserie chicken)
Friday: Homemade pizza
Breakfasts:
eggs
slow-cooker apple oatmeal
home made granola with dried cranberries
coffee
Lunches:
soup at hand (we bought 10/$10 at Safeway tonight -normally $2.18 each!)
leftovers
sandwiches
fruit- satsuma oranges, pears, apples
